How do I report a bug?
Send us an email at nonvisiongames@gmx.com with a detailed description of the bug, including:
- Which game and which version
- What you were doing when the bug occurred
- What happened vs. what you expected
- Your operating system (Windows version)
How long before I get a response?
We try to respond to all emails within 48 hours. During busy periods it may take a bit longer, but we do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
Can I suggest new features?
Absolutely! We'd love to hear your ideas. Send us an email with your suggestion and we'll consider it for future updates. We can't guarantee that every suggestion will be implemented, but we appreciate all feedback.
Are your games really free?
Yes! Most of our games are completely free to download and play. Some games have optional paid add-ons, but the base games are always free. Donations to support our work are always welcome but never required.
